We stand by our work and strive to deliver quality printing and products on time. However, we cannot be responsible if your embroidery or print has changed in any way and we have not been notified of said changes.

We are also striving for delivery of your order within 4 to 6 weeks as some merchandise is specially ordered from the east coast. Weather on the east coast this winter may also be a factor in our delivery times.

We had some problems when we opened for our trial run, for which we again apologize.

We have a new manager with several years experience with online retail sales who has been instrumental in reorganizing our business.

We now have a warehouse with some inventory and have streamlined our record-keeping.
